 How to Apply  
-          Save Attached File on your PC  (e.g at desktop) 
-          Go to Start menu ---------> Control Panel
-          Double click on Mouse Icon
-          Go in  " Pointers" 
-          Click on Browse menu and select saved File on your desktop ( PAKISTAN.ani)
-          Click Apply and Ok.
